We have a small English toy terrier who we had lost control of. From the first session with Floss we had more control. The emphasis was on teaching us, the owners, on how to teach the dog, giving us the skills to manage. The difference has been amazing. The dog is calmer, easier to walk and we have more control. We had this very abused rescue bloodhound, who was a mess. So scared of her own shadow, any noise she nearly had a heart attack. This had been for 6 months, and was seeing no improvement at all, thought she may just get over it. Anyway, 2 sessions with Floss, and she sleeps on my bed now (on lead, but she’s not scared and doesn't wee herself like she used to on the carpet/bed/couch) Made such a difference, and that was in just 2 sessions, BUT, you must do the work. After the first session, I let her off the lead and she's straight back to a mess, this time I kept her on and its just been amazing what the sudden change was. Much appreciated Floss.
