At Wagging School, we want every paw-rent to feel supported and confident about their dog’s training journey. If something doesn’t feel right, please don’t hesitate to reach out—Floss is always happy to chat things through calmly and find a solution that works for you and your pup.
Our Promise to You
We believe in positive outcomes—for both dogs and their humans. If you’re not satisfied with your training experience, let us know. We do offer a money-back guarantee after the first session. We promise to listen, work with you, and do everything we can to make things right.
Cancellations & Fees
Life happens—we get it! But because training spots are limited, cancellations mean we may miss the chance to help another dog in need.
More than 48 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a refund minus a small administration fee.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your booking may be non-refundable or incur a higher cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
Need to change your booking? No worries! If you let us know at least 48 hours before your session, we’re happy to reschedule to another date at no extra cost.
For last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but the session may be forfeited depending on availability.
Deposits for Special Programs
A deposit is required to secure your spot. These deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if you reschedule with enough notice.
