Puppy Training

Bringing home a puppy is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming when those sharp little teeth, endless energy, and toilet mishaps kick in. Wagging School Puppy Training gives you and your pup the best start with clear, simple guidance. Over a structured program, Floss will help you teach essential skills like recall, good manners, and calm socialisation so your puppy grows into a confident, well-adjusted member of the family.

Puppy Training covers:

Toilet training and setting up good routines

Bite inhibition and gentle play

Basic obedience (sit, stay, recall, lead manners)

Socialisation with people, places, and other dogs

Managing common puppy challenges like chewing and overexcitement

Dog Obedience Training

Puppy School isn’t for everyone, some dogs need a little more structure and a clear message that the spare seat at the kitchen table is not for them. Wagging School Obedience Training utilises simple and respectful techniques to teach your dog the boundaries your family is looking to enforce, so your dog can be a happy member of the family. (See a list of behaviours Obedience Training can assist with below)

Obedience Training can help with:

Walking calmly on a lead without pulling

Reliable recall and focus in distracting environments

Manners around the home (no jumping, stealing food, etc.)

Building impulse control and patience

Clear boundaries to make family life easier
